Membership Forms
Membership forms can be found on the door of our club room in 1279 Anthony Hall or by clicking here. Membership dues are $25 a year or $15 per semester, please fill out and turn in forms and dues to our Membership and Promotions chair, Erin Hinojosa or return to the Dairy Club room.
